  • "I purchased stopped in the store while I was on vacation durring July. I ordered some accessories for my 2009 Fat Bob. The person who waited on me in the parts dept. took the time necessary to find exactlly what I had been looking for. I stopped at another Harley-Davidson dealer looking for the same part and was told I was out of luck. With this purchase you have earned a customer. I plan on having my 1000 mile service done there very soon. I have already had my motorcycle in for a state inspection. Thanks very much."

  • "I wanted to thank everyone who helped us out on the way to Americade in June 2008. I had smashed my 2008 Heritage Softail on the way to the event because of the throttle sticking. My husband and I, along with a few of our friends stopped at your dealership to see what was wrong with the bike and you people were AWESOME!!!! The service advisor put all of his technicians on my bike to diagnose the problem and then you tried everything to replace the cable that was too short and had caused the problem. You got us back on the road and reassured me that I would not have any more problems until I got back home to get the bike repaired properly. I wanted to let you know that I made it back to Canada fine, the dealership fixed my bike and I managed to put over 12,000km on the bike since my accident. My husband and I just wanted to thank all of you once again and to let you know that your kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. We will see you again next year - we are going to do the trip again - hopefully without any incidences. Forever grateful, Pat and Arla Whalen"

  • "We were on day ten of our road trip and stopped in to see if you had a kick stand locking mechanism for my '03 Heritage Classic. You had the part when several others did not - you cleared a hoist to change bike fluids along with installing two new tires and rear brake pads....all without an appointment. Also changed my buddy's rear tire. While waiting - Then, you even rolled out the BBQ and fed the three of us!   • "Glenn and Eric are two great guys. I entered the showroom and was greeted as if they knew me. Glenn sat down with me and got me what I wanted, an 08 Night Train. Eric was great in helping me. He guided and suggested to me all the right way in getting the look that I was looking for, with all the add-ons and change out. If anyone is looking, I will be directing them to Adirondack, and to talk to Glenn and Eric. Thank you guys, the bike is great. I'll be stopping in as much as I can, just to talk, if not to add more to the bike."
